Welcome to my page! With a deep connection to Bundaberg, where I spent my childhood, I've dedicated the past 20 years to working in the health, medical, and community sectors. My experiences have fueled my passion for helping others achieve their goals succeed in life. I'm here to share insights and support those on their journey.

On a person note, I am the grandmother to several diverse grandchildren including a couple that are on the spectrum. This has given me a first hand experience of what a parents journey looks like navigating the NDIS.

My Story
As I step into this new chapter as a business owner in the NDIS sector, I bring decades of experience across multiple disciplines, including Executive Services, Human Resources, Contract Management, Policy and Governance Compliance, and Leadership. I am highly resourceful, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional support and advocacy.

With a strong work ethic and strategic mindset, I have a proven track record of leading diverse teams, driving performance outcomes, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. My ability to mentor, motivate, and manage operations effectively has been instrumental in achieving business objectives and ensuring compliance in high-performance environments.

Since 2009, I have served as Corporate Manager at Indigenous Wellbeing Centre Ltd (IWC), overseeing 130+ staff across various service areas. I played a pivotal role in transforming IWC from a small community organization into a large, multi-faceted, accredited practice with AGPAL, QIP, HSQS, and ISO9001:2015 certifications. I led major projects, including establishing a fully operational GP and dental clinic, expanding Allied Health services, and securing competitive tender submissions. IWC transitioned from small offices into a custom-built corporate headquarters in Bundaberg, completed in two stages.

My NDIS experience includes leading the recruitment and HR compliance for 40 staff following IWC’s successful Local Area Coordination (LAC) contract win. I ensured all field staff were well-trained and audit-ready, contributing to outstanding NDIS compliance results. My expertise in strategic development, contract compliance, and performance monitoring has been instrumental in optimizing service delivery.
